Hearth is an AI nutrition coach for adults age 18 and over in the United States. Entering your number and checking the consent box requests a conversational text from Hearth. Reply to begin chatting. You can also text the Hearth number shown on meethearth.com. We first send the service disclosure; reply AGREE to confirm that you are 18 or older, control the number, and consent to conversational texts and processing under these terms and the privacy policy. No coaching begins until you agree.

Messages and consent

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Only submit a mobile number you control.

Reply STOP to stop messages. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation from the messaging provider. Reply START to resume, HELP for service instructions, or DELETE to delete your conversation from Hearth and stop replies.

Support

Text HELP to the Hearth number displayed on meethearth.com for service instructions, opt-out and deletion help. Hearth is operated by Christian Antaloczy.

What to expect

Text delivery is subject to network availability, carrier filtering, and service limits. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Hearth may temporarily limit messages to prevent abuse or manage capacity.

Hearth responds with AI-generated text. It is not a licensed clinician or an emergency service. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace your care team. Do not rely on Hearth for urgent situations.

Privacy

Your phone number and messages are processed by our hosting, messaging, and AI providers. Read the privacy policy before starting. SMS is not end-to-end encrypted.

Availability

If texting is not connected, the form will tell you before you submit. Successful submission means Hearth has queued your requested welcome text. Delivery still depends on the service and messaging provider; it does not guarantee that a text has been sent or delivered.
